Few things brought Joe more joy than passing on the music to the next generation. Whether it was to his adoring nieces and nephews, or grand nieces and nephews, or to the many students he taught from his Conesus Cabin Home, he was a patient teacher and delighted in helping them pick up an instrument and find the music in it. He often used the Pete Seeger quote above. We thought it only fitting that we establish a music scholarship in Joe's memory. It's what he would have wanted.

The Joseph Dady Memorial Music Scholarship is a United Way of Greater Rochester Donor Advised Fund.
